Quality Assurance and Quality Control Griffin Construction has a documented and fully implemented policy for Quality Assurance and Quality Control, mandatory for employees and extended to suppliers and sub-contractors. This policy: Prevents nonconformity of construction materials and equipment at all stages, from production to site installation Maintains quality, as per the client's requirements Ensures that supply matches the agreed design Our Manager is responsible for the implementation of QA/QC policies and is supported by a team of trained and experienced QA/QC engineers. Quality Assurance plans are prepared for each project, covering all aspects of the work. The level of Quality Control inspection and testing is dependent upon the type and the standard of product and/or as required by the client.
